How to report an error
Email us at [email protected]. Include the page URL, the sentence or claim you believe is wrong and the source that contradicts it.
We read every message. We do not ignore reader reports.
What helps us fix it fast: A direct link to the study, label or document that shows the correct fact. Screenshots work too. Vague complaints take longer to verify.
Our timeline
- 48 hours. We acknowledge your email. We tell you if we are investigating.
- 7 days. We complete the fact-check. If you are right, we correct the page.
- Same day. We update the
dateModifiedfield and the visible badge on the page. - Same day. We add the correction to the log below.
If the error is minor (typo, broken link, formatting), we fix it within 48 hours. We still log it.
What we correct
We correct factual errors. Doses, study dates, author names, safety warnings, ingredient interactions. We do not correct opinions or editorial judgments.
If a new study contradicts an old claim, we update the guide and add a note. We do not delete the old claim silently. Readers deserve to see how the evidence shifts.
What we do not correct
We do not change our verdict because a brand complains. We do not remove negative reviews because a company asks. We do not alter safety warnings without new evidence.
We do not edit reader comments on third-party platforms. We do not control Reddit, X or LinkedIn threads.

Yes. We email you back within 7 days. If we make a correction, we tell you. If we disagree with your report, we explain why and cite our source.
Do you delete old versions of a page?
No. We update the live page. We do not maintain a public archive of old versions. The correction log records the change. The date badge shows the last update.
What if I disagree with your verdict, not your facts?
We do not change verdicts on demand. If you have new evidence, send it. We will review it. If the evidence changes our view, we update the guide and log it.
How do I know a page was corrected?
Check the badge. Every page shows the last updated date. If the date changed, something was fixed. Check this log for the details.
Can I report a broken link or typo?
Yes. We fix those within 48 hours. We log them here too. Every fix counts.
